Downtown traffic will be affected by UN Conference

SALT LAKE CITY — Beginning Monday and going through Wednesday, some downtown roads will be affected by the United Nations conference.

In a Facebook post SLC Police Department said there will be lane restrictions and reduced traffic flow around Salt Palace. Police said it is best to avoid the area.

There will also be limited pedestrian traffic. Only conference attendees will be allowed to walk on the block of the Salt Palace.
