Magnitude 3.2 earthquake rattles parts of southern Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — A magnitude 3.2 earthquake shook a section of southern Utah Wednesday afternoon.

The quake took place at 3:07 p.m. and its epicenter was located 4.5 miles northwest of Panguitch and 33.8 miles east-northeast of Cedar City according to the University of Utah Seismograph Stations.
