SALT LAKE CITY — If you still want to enjoy a restaurant meal, there are plenty of services to deliver from the major chains.
But what about your favorite “mom and pop” restaurants?
A service called "Chefpanzee" delivers exclusively from small, local restaurants.
Some restaurants, like Papito moe's Puerto Rican grub, say they're only doing a fraction of the business they were doing a few weeks ago.
“We have had to reduce the number of hours dramatically. so we went from having 10 employees. We now have really one, well, two that we`ve been bringing back a couple of hours here and there,” Kimberly Vasquez with Papito Moe’s Puerto Rican Grub said.
Chefpanzee delivers for fees they say are much lower than mainstream services.
