Governor Gary Herbert has announced the reopening of many Utah State Parks.
Utahns are still advised to follow all local orders outlined by county officials.
Much of Eastern Utah outdoor recreation remains restricted to county residents only.
Visitors to other state parks are encouraged to pre-pay online to limit contact with staff.
Officials note that visitor centers may be closed, and to continue to practice social distancing measures while inside the parks.
