GARDEN CITY, Utah — One teen is dead after an off-highway vehicle was doing donuts in a parking lot in Garden City and rolled over. The teen was not wearing a seatbelt or a helmet.
Four teenagers from California were doing donuts at the Heritage Parking lot when the vehicle overturned. One of the teens, a 17-year-old female, was in the back when she was ejected. She was not wearing a seatbelt or a helmet at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene.
