EPHRAIM, Utah — One person was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday on State Route 89 near milepost 305 in Utah County, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
UHP said a Honda Civic traveling northbound crossed the double yellow line to pass a vehicle and hit a Toyota Tacoma traveling southbound.
A passenger in the Civic died, according to UHP. The drivers of both vehicles were transported to the hospital.
