SANDY, Utah — Sandy Police and Fire officials are asking the public for information on a pair of suspicious fires late Tuesday night.
A Sandy City Fire Department spokesman said one fire burned about a quarter-acre in a field near 600 W 9000 S.
A tree near 642 W 9535 S was also set on fire.
Business owners who have surveillance cameras pointed toward either of the fires are asked to check their footage for images of a man on a mountain bike.
Anyone with information on either fire is urged to contact the Sandy City Police Department or the Sandy City Fire Department.
