Multiple peaceful protests are planned around the state today in connection to events happening around the country.
Utah Against Police Brutality is holding a "Car Caravan for Justice" in downtown Salt Lake, which will circle around the block containing the Salt Lake City Police Department. It is discouraged for people to participate unless they are in a vehicle.

Another event, planned in Ogden, encourages participants to take a knee on Washington Boulevard.
In Utah County, a protest is planned at 5 p.m.
