SALT LAKE CITY — Utah's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will expand store hours at some state-run liquor stores.

The agency announced that effective Monday, the following stores will remain open until 10pm:

Downtown (205 West 400 South)
Redwood Road (3381 South Redwood Road in West Valley City)
Logan
Sandy
Cottonwood Heights
Ogden (3802 Pacific Ave.)
Harrisville (484 N. Wall Ave.)
Millcreek (3255 East 3300 South)
Holladay
Layton
Riverton
Pleasant Grove
West Valley City (6262 South 5600 West)
Syracuse

Other stores across the state are expected to expand their hours later this month. It is a return to the normal business hours for the DABC. The agency had limited store hours since mid-March because of COVID-19 spread concerns and staffing shortages. It is partly to blame for multi-million dollar sales declines over the past couple of months.
