ST. GEORGE, Utah — Northbound I-15 was closed Monday evening at the Virgin River in St. George after a vehicle became pinned underneath a semi-truck, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
UHP said multiple people were also pinned inside the vehicle and were awaiting extraction, but injuries are considered to be minor.
According to the Utah Department of Transportation, two of the three lanes in the area remain closed as of 9 p.m.
