WEST HAVEN, Utah — Police are requesting the public's help in identifying two individuals who set off fireworks in a West Haven park bathroom.
The two are seen in surveillance footage entering the bathroom and then exiting quickly before smoke clouds the camera.
Anyone that can identify these two people is urged to call 801-395-8221.
