PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. — A man died Sunday when his parachute failed to deploy after he jumped from a Florida balcony.
Police told WMBB the man jumped from the 14th floor of the Sunrise Beach Resort in Panama City Beach.
The man was reportedly in his 20s and was attempting to BASE jump from the building when his parachute failed.
