SALT LAKE CITY — Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic will undergo wrist surgery to treat an injury he suffered in 2019, ending his ability to participate in any potential games for the rest of the 2019-20 season.
Medical professionals will repair Bogdanovic's ruptured scapholunate ligament on Tuesday in New York.
According to the NBA, a timeline for Bogdanovic's return to play hasn't been set, but ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports Bogdanovic is expected to make a full recovery by the start of the 2020-21 season.
The 2019-20 NBA season has been suspended since March due to the spread of COVID-19.
