HERRIMAN, Utah — The Jordan School District has called for all Herriman High School football players and staff who participated in summer practice and conditioning to self-quarantine after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the announcement from the district, participants should quarantine through July 7. The district also included instructions on how to quarantine, which can be viewed here.
School Board member Darrell Robinson wrote in a Facebook post that the Salt Lake County Health Department will send its mobile testing lab to the school on Wednesday, which will provide free coronavirus testing for any participants who wish to be tested.
Students must bring a signed "consent to test form" and a signed "consent for release of information" in order to be tested. Those can be found online here.
