PANGUITCH, Utah — Authorities said an inmate was found dead over the weekend at the Garfield County Jail in Panguitch.
The sheriff's office reported the male inmate was found deceased Sunday and have requested the critical incident task force to conduct an investigation.
Due to the investigation being underway, officials are not releasing additional information.
