DUI driver arrested after driving, crashing into Sandy restaurant, no injuries reported

SANDY, Utah — A driver was arrested after crashing into a crowded Sandy restaurant on Wednesday afternoon.

Police are investigating after the 70-year-old female driver smashed into Los Garcia restaurant at around noon.

The unidentified driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

According to police, no one was injured during the incident.
