Investigation underway following Union Pacific train striking pedestrian in Ogden

OGDEN, Utah — Ogden police are in the area of 3700 South Pacific Avenue currently to investigate a pedestrian being struck by a Union Pacific train on Wednesday morning. Currently, the victim's condition and identity aren't known.

The Ogden Police Department confirms to FOX 13 News that one person was struck by the train in Ogden. They say they will be out in the area blocking it off from traffic while they investigate.
