SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Police in Ogden have closed down the eastbound lanes of Hinckley Drive due to a sinkhole in the roadway.
A police spokesperson reports the sinkhole formed on Hinckley Drive just west of Pennsylvania Avenue. While eastbound traffic is blocked, westbound traffic remains open.
Crews from the Utah Department of Transportation are on the scene working to repair the roadway.
Police are asking motorists to choose a different route.
