Dominique Dillon is an anchor and reporter at Fox13 in Memphis, Tennessee and she's gained national attention for "falling asleep on the job" which earned her the nickname Sleeping Beauty.
Ashley Hawk knows what it's like to be a working mom, and talked with Dominique about the power nap and the attention she's received.
Dominique says after being awake for much of the night with a teething baby, she dozed off during a live shot, and the clip quickly went viral.
The new mom only returned to work from maternity leave this spring... and that has people across the country coming to her defense, knowing how difficult it can be for moms to get back into the work day groove.
