Sloan's estate, at 13103 Riverbendview Cove in Riverton, is a 9,860 sq. ft. property with an 18-car garage, a custom pool with waterfalls and an unobstructed, east-facing view of the Wasatch Front.
The custom-built property is in a private gated subdivision on the Riverbend Golf Course.
"This home is truly one of a kind. The property has been meticulously painted and cared for with the similar skills [Sloan] portrayed with his care of our beloved Jazz basketball team. He called this property home with his family since his purchase in 2007," a news release said.
The estate is available for private showings for pre-qualified buyers who can show proof of funds. The property is expected to be listed on the MLS at $2.9 million later this week.
