HURRICANE, Utah — Residents in Hurricane are dealing with widespread flooding from storms that passed through Utah on Thursday.

Video shared with FOX 13 News shows some neighborhoods where feet of water have turned roadways into makeshift rivers. As of 11:30 a.m., numerous vehicles were partially submerged, with residents looking on.

In a devastating turn, one of the areas hit with flooding Thursday along Gould Wash also dealt with severe flooding several months ago.

"The community rallied around everybody here a couple of months ago, and helped them get all taken care of, and now they're worse off than they were before," said Orion Parker.
