VERNON, Utah — Multiple federal, state and local agencies are responding to a new wildfire breaking out east of Vernon. The cause is not known at this time.
As of 8:10 p.m., Stookey Fire is estimated to have burned 20 acres so far. Air resources are on scene.
Officials have confirmed that no evacuations are in place at this time.
It is not known if any structures are threatened; the cause remains under investigation.
